TSPN also claims lots of business in china for the same reason I believe, i.e. language barrier, no way to verify, far away from SEC and FBI, no way for chinese companies to do chinese language dd because their past is in English and bable dont' do chinese, no way for chinese to see that their name is being used to scam people. NPCT claims to have chinese business also. The next stop will be Mars I bet.
