Dell raises Q3 forecasts 4:17pm 10/01/02 Dell raises Q3 forecasts (DELL) By Rex Crum Dell Computer (DELL) on Tuesday raised its own forecast for its third-quarter revenue expectations. The personal computer giant now expects to report revenue of $9.1 billion, up from previous estimates of $8.9 billion and earnings of 21 cents a share, which would be at the high end of its forecasts. The announcements came as Dell's analyst meeting got under way in Austin, Texas.
