Due a search for 'spectrum signal processing'

Doubtful Spectrum would pursue this acquisition at today's stock price level, ie too much share dilution for current shareholders to raise sufficient funds. If and when SSPIF is in the teens though, it would be an entirely different story. A little good news combined with good earnings and SSPIF could be there within short matter. imo.
