Despite the headline, a nice piece.

Salman Pak. Palestinian terrorists training in Iraq. $25K for families of suicide bombers. Claiming the mantle of the caliphate in propaganda.

These are salient facts, John. This "nice" piece ignored them.

Pollack makes the same case, that, whatever the connections between Saddam and Al Q, they are extremely unlikely to be ones that entailed joint planning or training for 9-11.

There's a wide difference between saying that Saddam did not plan 9/11 and saying that Saddam and Al Qaeda are not allies.
