There is a difference between Orthodox Jews citing the bible on this and Christians citing the bible on this. The Orthodox believe all the things stated here, though modified a little by later Rabbinical Law. I can go into detail if you like. So if Schlesinger is really orthodox she isn't being hypocritical. On the other hand the 7 Noahide laws may also prohibit homosexuality. So in Orthodox Jewish opinion that law would also apply to non-Jews while all the things listed by the writer are mainly relevant only to Jews. Yeah, I do get the humor but fundamentalist Christians annoy me more.... David
