The SEC is a great conference. I will always question whether those schools could take the pounding ( week in and week out ) that the big ten dishes out. I Know they're fast and I know they're physical as well but they don't face 300 pound linemen every week. Now head to head in Bowl games and ranking the SEC wins. But would they still have that speed after being destroyed by REAL men for a full season. Penn State was a winner every year when I was kid. Great program!! But when they joined the big ten they started losing games you would have never expected them to lose. I believe Notre Dame has cowardly avoided joining the Big 10 for just that reason. Those Catholic boys would be singing the number of the beast in 1 season 666
