The Daily Telegraph had a piece a while ago before the elections that made an interesting point. Blair and HIS Labour Party were so popular even amongst Tories because he keeps a lid on the Labour fringe. Even had a neat comic if I remember correctly with Tony sitting on a manhole cover or something with a bunch of leftie "nutters" trying to eak out. I've been trying in vain to search it out at the Telegraph. Derek
