all those shorts covering as nxtl slowly moves up...I know it is heavily shorted and those shorts must be worried watching nxtl go up, in a down market...

Plus, all news out of nxtl has been good....heck, there arent many telcoms doing well....nxtl is.....one concern I always had was their debt and valuation....what do you think of both?
