I doubt the longshoremen are that politically motivated. Too busy protecting themselves, let alone any one else. If anything, they love Bush and would not want to sour his approval rating.

The biggest grievance I've heard out here is the computerization issues. The freight companies want it to streamline the loading and unloading, the union screams that jobs will be lost.

Sometimes attrition is a good thing.

Somebody looking for a fat lob is gonna get a high, hard one ala Roger -g/ng-
