Not from me, I never used that "mantra". We obviously also defend our allies when they are attacked.

What is a good policy in today's world? Will the US take it upon themselves to disarm other countries with dangerous weapons and, in our opinion, dangerous motives? Is that the way we want to relate to the world, as a preemptive policeman?
