KLP,

Basically President Clinton backs PM Blair and President Bush on Iraq.

Former US President Bill Clinton has stressed the need to strengthen the United Nations and to "call Saddam Hussein's bluff" with tough new inspections demands.

This was in response to the existing UN agreement which allows the Iraqi's to protect some sites.

In fairness he also said:

using force against him should be a last resort.
