if yank fed rate cuts have had nil effect so far, why would more of the same do more than stir an empty snifter? the whole of august saw stocks on both continents rise, but on the false premise of a quick fed rate cut, you yanks are so daft as to believe more cuts will bring in the white horses, more like a national self-deception
