If the TRIN breaks above 1.55, I think that it is safe to assume that the top is in.

could be forming a H&S on the 5 min QQQ. Neckline around 21.58. Next support around 21.38. Could be forming right shoulder....Too early to really call it though...could be just a bear flag.
