overall prices might be a litlle higher then 10 years ago, but for only the very rare things. There is no speculation in emerging artists like then, or in secondary areas. The art market unlike the Housing has already hit the skids as well.

Sounds exactly like what I believe will happen to stocks then, same as the nifty-50 crash in the 70s.

The junk stocks go away and some of the real winners (IBM was one then) eventually regain their old highs.
