I can see how comfortable they would be after sitting for a long time... i see now.

We used a different type, we called them "medicinal balls" and they were heavier. It had a different purpose though. (and no, I am not talking about the quartz Chinese balls). My brother used to play basketball and that is how I came to know them. They used them to strengthen the arm muscles, without losing speed
