Yes. He's an available and convenient target Bush thinks we can beat without undue loss of American lives. Disregard the possible ulterior motives, like avenging the mud tossed by Saddam in his father's eye, or the political benefits of a wartime president. I think Bush really does think it's the right thing to do. Which is the scariest thing to me.
