My personal opinion - not for us to change. change has to come from within. In any event, they too are part of the "world community" aka UN. why should they not be represented in one of the groups within UN ? cheers, kumar PS reminds me of "I'll disagree with you, but I will agree for you to have your right to speak" (or words to that effect).
