If it gets to the the US SC, and if it upholds NJ SC, it will create an interesting precedent. The parties can start switching candidates in and out until the election day, until they think they have a winner. I agree, but I don't see the US Supreme Court granting cert. I think it is over; Forestor needs to get out there campaigning on the Dems corrupt campaign practices, ASAP... My wife suggested today that Californians QUICKLY swap out Arnold, the Terminator, for the guy who is running against Gray Davis.
