When people are being oppressed by murderers, they don't have the ability to form their own government that suits them.

You said the people in Pakistan are satisfied to have a dictator. Looks to me as if they have no choice.

You seem to be implying that the people of Iraq are satisfied to have a dictator. Again, looks to be as if they have no choice.

I suppose one could argue that because they are not willing to die for their freedom, they don't really want it.

After all, all we really need is food, clothing, shelter, just a little, to live out our lives. If someone is unwilling to risk his life or the life of his family, I guess that means he likes being a slave.
