no offense but you are the one who made the claim that the US undertook military action in Yugoslavia without the UN's authorization and the UN was opposed to any military action.

It's because that's how it happened. If I am wrong, you could prove it in 1 minute.

Joe, I do not wish to disagree, but I think you are wrong. If you still disagree, then you will have to prove it.

I picked one of several resolutions re Yugoslavia; this one had to do with Bosnia but so what.......it was a part of Yugoslavia. There were others on Kosovo and Serbia.

I see you are totally confused about the subject. Bosnia was no longer part of Yugoslavia, and resolution you linked to has absolutely nothing to do with Kosovo. There was absolutely no UN authorization for the bombing.

Excuse me........the resolution I linked you to was one of a number of resolutions listed under Yugoslavia. If you believe the UN is in error, you need to contact them directly. However, I am not confused........not in the least.

So take your pick......simply go to the UN web site. I think you will find that you are wrong.

Ok, I went, and found nothing. You can prove me wrong by going there and finding what you say is there.

I think you didn't look hard enough.

Or, you can concede that you were wrong, and think of the reason why it was so important for any action on Iraq to have UN endorcesment (which seems to be the main reason you oppose it) and at the same time, you strongly supported bombing of Yugoslavia, which lacked UN endorsement.

How are you going to learn? Its probably this dependence on others to do YOUR research that got you into this mess of misspeaking.

And I might add......you are wrong.......very wrong! Mr. Clinton is not the cowboy that Mr. Bush is for many reasons one of which is that he's much smarter.

A little hint........the resolution you are looking for was passed in the late '90s! Bwaaaaaaaaahahahahaha!
