Can you imagine, he hasn't done anything with the QQQs for a year. His last teeny tiny bit of advice was to take a tax loss sale on them, exchange them from XLK and then exchange those for QQQs after the 30 day wash period was over.

That way, you too can't afford to be out of overpriced big cap tech stocks for even one day! Did he say, buy bonds with that money? Did he say, park it in money market funds?

Of course not.

Market timer? Investment advisor? Who is he kidding?
