even with the cherrypicking, strangely the creativity which we take for granted in your average american (tech) worker is very hard to duplicate.

OK - this is a generalization I know but I feel compelled to add my 2 cents, since I work with mostly H1-B workers who seem to have more difficulty getting from A to B than your avg american Berkeley grad.

In the IT area, the outsourcing going on is mostly the CODING.
