OT: Dell proved to be a neophyte in the options game. Don;t encourage them further. Besides management should not be gambling with stockholders money, particularly when they use it to hide easy transfer of SE to management. The more I think of it, the more I feel that what Dell did is as much a crime as what Ebbers did.
There are strict rules on playing with its own stock by company management. Probably a good prosecutor can make a case out of Dell deals. Are there kickbacks involved here?
