OK, let me ask you this: granted that the government has an obligation to make reasonable accommodations for those seeking to exercise their right of assembly to demonstrate, and that it definitely cannot deprive them of the means, for example, by disallowing them from renting a hall, does a private university have an obligation to afford space to parade and meet to, for example, the Ku Klux Klan?
