I look upon what Bush is doing as implementing a plan that the group around him had ready to go. I think he sincerely did not want to do what we are doing when he got elected, but needed a plan when 911 hit. I believe this plan is the only one that will really show results.

Now we are forced into doing our best to stop these type of attacks in the future, and to do it we must take major steps overseas to overawe our potential enemies. When they see we really mean business they back off.

It is interesting that this board is composed of the two extremes, the interventionists and the non-interventionists. No one seems to be in the middle.
