S3 Incorporated Reports Second Quarter 1997 Results "As anticipated, financial results in the second quarter were hampered by pricing pressure and a seasonal slowdown. Moving into the second half of the year, however, S3 expects to return to double digit growth in quarterly revenues," stated Gary Johnson, president and CEO. ``This growth will be fueled by the continuing ramp of our products in the corporate desktop and mobile market, along with the further acceptance of our audio offerings.
