You seem to believe in magic, or are dreaming. It seems odd of you to imagine the simple notion that Clinton would know what to do, when this fall started in a dramatic way under Clinton's watch. Never forget that the this market fall began indeed under Clinton. The continuation of this fall under Bush is almost certainly a result of the same phenomenon that began it.
