Allen--Like you, I feel this is a bummer, psychologically anyway. A blowout was expected by many, and we may pay the price. Unreasonable, but what can you do? I don't think, at first glance, that R&D expenses account for anything: it wasn't only eps that came in only a little above estimates, but also revenues. The only real upside here: maybe now IOMG will become a "real" stock and a "real" company: less hype in either direction. In the long run, that'd be a good thing. I agree also that the SEG deal and today's news are extremely positive, but, hell, I'd be lying if I said I'm perfectly happy that they didn't beat the hell out of estimates. Janice
