Geez, "daycare pits of America". The only way to solve that is for 1 parent to be able to pay all the bills while the other looks after the kids. Sounds like a good idea buy not very good for productivity, such an important parameter in economic discussions these days...

So actually, it would make better sense to make both the parents redundant, and ship their jobs to India where qualified educated employees only get paid one tenth of the wage. Thus leaving both parents to look after the kids on welfare. Problem solved -g-
