Internap Announces Move To The NASDAQ SmallCap Market

ATLANTA, GA and SEATTLE, WA, October 3, 2002 - Internap Network Services (NASDAQ: INAP), the leading provider of intelligent routing services over the Internet, was notified yesterday by The NASDAQ Stock Market that the company's listing would be transferred to The NASDAQ SmallCap Market effective at the opening of business on Friday, October 4, 2002. Internap will continue to trade under the INAP ticker symbol.
