I'm back in as of this morning even though I had to pay more than I sold for several weeks ago. My guess is that there is another "Ameritech" deal on the horizen, but with some other company of course. The stock hasn't usually traded higher on earnings; if you look back at the last year it moved to 9 well ahead of any public info on Ameritech - it didn't even get back to 9 after the deal was announced as I recall. So obviously there was a leak well prior to the actual news. I suspect the same thing here that somebody got wind of two months ago when it made the huge jump in one day on no news. Unlike you, I'm in for the short term so I hope they announce whatever it is soon so I can take another profit from it.
