You'll have to explain to everyone here how a 30 Billion tax cut that isn't even fully in effect impacts a 2 TRILLION dollar budget. I'll bring it to numbers that you might understand: It analogous to you complaining about a 30 dollar tip after you spent $2,000 for dinner. Get a grip.
