I agree (obviously <g>), Bob went to sufficient pains to go from 60 to 65%. That extra 5% meant something.

Why then did he stop there? What happened to the next 7 opportunities to move another 5% toward a bearish posture? Indeed, while he was moving to a 65/35 posture, he kept saying it was a tactical asset allocation not a bear market sell.

That's one of the real head scratchers in his longterm model. So he says his model is accurate to within 3-5% of tops and bottoms, then why doesn't he believe it himself? If he sells that accuracy, why doesn't he back it up and put his advice where his model is?

Weird huh?
