Am back home now with long day that began with a taxi ride to Victoria station at 7 a.m. London time.

I can't sit up and read all that, enlightening as it might be!

My six weeks outside the USA has brought me somewhat around to the Bush point of view on a number of things, though I still think of him as a privileged twit. But he does not do bad about choosing advisors, and that is important. And if you want to go after someone, there are few more obvious enemies than Saddam. And until there is a genuinely established world police force, someone ought to wade in and settled things.
