My guess is that more bloody-mindedness was in the Loral camp than the QUALCOMM [judging from what I've seen of the various people over the years]. Somebody needs lessons in share-bargaining negotiations. Then somebody needs marketing lessons. What a shame that failure to agree results in $4 billion capital destruction. What a ridiculous situation. 3 years ago, the launch should have been at 20c a minute retail, [no matter who was buying - no need to try to differentiate between business, private, whatever 'market segments']. I wonder if the rumoured announcement tomorrow will involve Globalstar being resolved in some way. It's now October and 3 years since Bernie announced a soft launch. Very, very, soft... Mqurice
