hi I live in Pompano,FL- ocean front condo- we bought 4 years ago at 560k- the one below us just sold last month for 900k and was not on the market that long- guy behind us has a smaller unit-not on the ocean and he is asking 1.2- hasn't sold yet but he just put on the market- I keep thinking we should sell and rent a place :) its nutty
