MY guess - and this is strictly a guess - the dock lockout/ strike get resolved about the middle or late next week.

Bush admin & Fed should be very worried about effect on economy. Govt could then say ports must open as military necessity to support moves on Iraq.

I also expect some form of a bailout to the airlines, especially UAL and AMR. Rules already being bent for UAL, which is close to BK.
