Well, here we go folks! The Repubs have gone to the Supremes on the NJ case. If they agree to hear it, we are probably looking at an overturn of the NJ decision. Wow!

I really hope they let it go. We have some Judges on that court that will retire next year, and the battle to replace them will be tough enough without another case like Florida to gum up the works.
