Now if you really did have a tested and drill proven piece of ground, (now mind you as per comments on BAY you would need at least a couple hundred holes as 70+ would not work) would you sell it that cheap or would you even buy from this snake charmer? And I thought real estate was a baddddddddd investment. yeeeeeeeehhawwwwwwwwwww. What a laugher, it's beyond pathetic. Tom
