Shep, I found a one pager on Osiris; it says that Osiris, of Baltimore, is engaged in the research and development of therapeutic products for the regeneration of human connective tissues through the use of mesenchymal stem cells, which Osiris believes to be the cells responsible for the formation of such tissues. They are proposing to use the Nasdaq symbol OSRS, and are hoping to sell up to 3.5 million shares at 8.5 to 10.5 The prospectus may be on-line in the EDGAR/SEC site already. I'll try to take a look later.

Regarding Techniclone, you could be right and a (very) few thousand bucks of exposure seems the prudent thing at this point.
