I agreed with you Lorne, but I will wait for the DOW drop further. Anyway no telecom for say another 2 years. High tech may be something like AMD. People sell stock to buy house, they thought this is the right thing to do. But they don't know the fact that if you have a 100K in stock(cash no margin), the worst is your loss 100K. But if you sell your 100K stock and buy a 300K or 400K house in Vancouver. Later on the real estate market drop and you asset is negative 200K or 300k. This is the situation most of the people experienced in japan and Hong Kong. I think there is an opportunity for bottom fishing for common stock in the future. George
