I would not deem it a sufficient rationale to drop a nuke on Baghdad. It is a sufficient rationale to take steps to overturn a dictator with hegemonic ambitions that he feels are thwarted by the United States, who is trying to acquire WMD and enhanced delivery systems, and is probably on the verge of having a full-blown nuclear capability......
