These are very serious profit warnings. Earnings are being cut drastically. U.S. business will be forced to shed some of its overpaid workforce or suffer credit downgrades and crisis with their debt mountains. Some of those idiots even went into debt buying their own hugely overpriced stock back while Greenspan was blowing the bubble - to help Wall St. pump their own options. And most of these jokers are still busy crashing their corporations into the ground. I don't really think this American habit of always rewarding the "right" scams is a very good idea.
