If you research the Clinton Years you will see that there was no management philosophy in place. The administration went on a 8 year vacation inside the oval office, all the
errors that were committed by Clinton-Gore are now coming back to roost. Did you know that Clinton installed a new telephone system at a cost of 27 million taxpayer dollars,
because his aids were being bothered by too many calls at there offices, and this way they could put in answering machines. Also that after taking office, Al Gore decided to unplug his phone after 9 P.M. so no one could interupt his sleep. They had to send over secret service to check on him at his own residence. " Nothing like having a guy a heartbeat away from the presidency..... asleep at the wheel.
