Another interesting tidbit from Boeing. Falling asset values of financed aircraft hurt. Isn't this what creamed the farmers some years back? Doesn't GE capital finance a lot of aircraft, besides a lot of other stuff? Maybe before this decade is over Welch will only be known for being horny, as opposed to top dog manager. I think GE could be quite vulnerable over the long haul. They probably purchased more assets during the boom years than any other company alive. story.news.yahoo.com I've had my eyes on BA as a LT buy, but it isn't near my price level yet.
