this is over a year old... I am a Mobil retiree and not buying Mobil or exxon gas does nothing to stop terror.. Many tmes gasoline is bought on the open market.. If a refinery shuts down they exchange product from another oil company. If a terminal is delayed in receiving products either by pipeline or tanker they immediately go to another company to continue supplies...
