Scott, I've read four NEWS releases
tonight for TOFF and DEEP. To sum up
briefly, TOFF will take a $42 million
writedown in the Q4 and focus on growth prospects of Louisiana and eastern
Canada. Sounds to me like a restructuring that may do the trick.
Tomorrow, we shall see.
