Eisenhower communications equipment being upgraded; USS Kennedy was there, had electrical problems and is scheduled for repairs starting in January; USS Enterprise at Newport News being refitted; USS Kitty Hawk permanently forward deployed in Japan appears to be in port, ready to go; and the USS Constellation is scheduled to be deployed to the Persian Gulf this year.
