I asked AOL for some help the othe day. Took 4 days to respond. Their response was indeed helpful, but there was no way any mortal man/woman would've guessed that the problem I reported could be corrected in the way they said it could (and I have run networks for the past 5 years!). At the end of their response they stated: << Thank you for reporting this and helping to make America Online the best online service available. Thank you for using America Online.>> Looks to me they still recognize their importance as an ISP first and foremost ... at least today!
