Right now LSI is at 0.95 times price/book. Does anyone know its lows during the last downturn?

Besides, and in kind of agreement with Dipy, what if this downturn is not cyclical? It may be different this time, something like the world economy is fully "japanized" by now. Just by looking at this chart:http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=%5EN225&d=c&k=c1&a=v&p=s&t=my&l=on&z=m&q=l it becomes clear that there are situations where a market does not recover within a reasonable time frame to reward investment in shares.
